BACKGROUND
ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Fatih. I’m originally from Türkiye and currently a computer science student at Kyungpook National University. Studying in Korea has been a meaningful experience that helped me grow, adapt, and learn across different environments and cultures.
I’m naturally curious and enjoy building things—especially in AI and web development. I’m now working as an AI engineer intern, where I develop and deploy AI models, design backend systems, and build full-stack services. I also take on PM responsibilities, leading project direction and making sure ideas become real, usable products.
Alongside industry work, I’m conducting computer vision research at KNU’s AIR Lab, focusing on deepfake recognition, and currently preparing a research paper. I love tackling challenges, learning new technologies, and creating tools that make life a bit easier.

MELAKA
At Melaka, I work as a project manager and full-stack developer, leading the planning and development of AI-powered web services. I’ve built key products such as EduPrompt, Gendia, and an AI-based Animation Creator, handling everything from backend APIs and database design to frontend implementation and AI model integration. I also deploy AI models using Docker and GPU inference, ensuring smooth pipelines across development, deployment, and product delivery.

Undergraduate Researcher
Applied Intelligence for Recognition Lab
At the AIR Lab, I focus on deepfake recognition and classification, studying noise-based features and visual artifact patterns in manipulated images and videos. My work includes designing experiments, preprocessing datasets, testing model architectures, and analyzing results. I am currently in the process of writing a research paper based on this work. This experience has strengthened my skills in computer vision, research methodology, and model evaluation.

Interpreter
CS WIND TURKEY
I worked as an interpreter for CS WIND TURKEY, a Korean company. During this five-month experience, I provided Korean-Turkish interpretation and supported various business tasks. This role allowed me to gain a deep understanding of Korean corporate culture and work styles, further enriching my ability to adapt and communicate effectively in diverse professional settings.
